PROJECT OVERVIEW
an album design featuring linear illustrations paired with an intimate photorealistic style to reflect the femininity, youthfulness and emotions associated with the transition of Sutton's new life as a working mother. the carnation throughout the illustration symbolize motherhood, while the stars and moon are references to the songs in the album.
our team worked closely with Sutton and her team as they prepared for the album photography shoot and album verbiage — making sure everything flowed seamlessly with the design direction of the album. we spent our time listening to her album as we ideated concepts, worked with her team to direct the photoshoots and drawing/creating the finial album cover, linear notes and tracklist.
