Take Me to The World is the fourth studio album by Tony Award-winning singer and actress Sutton Foster. Produced in 2018 with the support of Ball State vocalists and instrumentalists, the album is a collection of covers dedicated to her daughter Emily. Awards Received
Awards Received: 2018 GDUSA American Graphic Design Award and 2019 ADDYs Silver
Outcome
An album design featuring linear illustrations paired with an intimate photographic style to reflect the femininity, youthfulness and emotions associated with the transition of Sutton's new life as a working mother.
The carnation throughout the illustration symbolize motherhood, while the stars and moon are references to the songs in the album.

The Identity Design
The Overall System
I worked closely with Sutton Foster and her team to create an album cover design with a team of six designers. We spent our time listening to the music and ideating concepts, directing photoshoots and drawing/creating the final album cover, liner notes, and tracklist.
